Join us the night before the 11th Annual Rodney Sparks Memorial Golf Scramble presented by SLB as we enjoy live music, good food, even better drinks and network with some of the best people in the industry. New this year: we are doing a glow in the dark golf contest on the par 3 17th hole of the Palmer Course. We’ve moved our party down to Crosby Drive which is right behind the estate houses we’ve hosted the mixer in prior years.

Parking will be somewhat limited and we do not encourage you to drink and drive - we have a shuttle running from 5 to 10 between the mixer and the main Oglebay Lodge.

This event is free to attend - even if you’re not part of the golf outing on July 10th!

Our 5th Annual MUG Madness Happy Hour is scheduled for Thursday, March 20. This event will be held at All Star Sports Bar & Grill in Southpointe and proceeds will benefit local youth sports organizations within Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Sponsorships can be purchased through March 14, 2025.

Sponsorship Levels
(SOLD OUT) Championship - $1,300 - includes (4) admissions to the event, your company’s logo on bar napkins & event signage, one of the two main raffle prizes will be given in your company’s name, and your company’s logo will be on the souvenir pint glasses which will be given to the first 100 attendees, 2 dozen will be given to All Star for their day-to-day use, and the sponsor companies will each receive 2 dozen pint glasses.
(4) Final Four - $500 - includes (2) admissions to the event, your company’s logo on bar napkins (if purchased by February 28) & event signage, and a door prize will be given in your company’s name.

Doors will open between 11 AM and 11:30 AM to get teams checked in with the plan to start the tournament at noon. We will once again be utilizing the Scoreholio app, which will run the brackets and send notifications when the games are starting / which court you’re on.
