Canonsburg, PA - April 8, 2020 - The Marcellus & Utica Gas Suppliers, Services, and Manufacturers Association (MUG) recently made a $500 donation to the food drive Consolidated Wellsite Services (CWS) held supporting the Greater Washington County Food Bank. CWS hosted the food drive outside of the Walmart in Washington, PA on April 4 as well as a virtual food drive that, as of April 8, raised over $1,900. In total, over $3,000 was raised which will provide 15,000 meals to people in need within the county.
About MUG - The Marcellus & Utica Gas Suppliers, Services, and Manufacturers Association was formed in 2014. MUG is a 501 C (6) nonprofit organization with a volunteer-based Board of Directors and is funded by its Sponsor Companies. The MUG promotes responsible practices within the oil and gas industry and supports the local communities in which its Board Members and Sponsor Companies work and live in.
